Article 1 – Definitions
The following definitions apply to these General Terms and Conditions:
Withdrawal Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right to cancel the contract.
Consumer: A natural person who is not acting within the scope of a business or profession and who enters into a distance contract with the business.
Continuous Contract: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services where delivery and purchase obligations are spread over time.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s option to cancel a distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Business: The individual or legal entity offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the business and the consumer using distance communication technology.
CESOP: Central Electronic System of Payment Information introduced by the European Union to monitor payment service providers.

Article 3 – Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by the business and to every distance contract concluded between the business and the consumer.
Before a contract is concluded, these Terms and Conditions will be made available electronically or otherwise to the consumer.
Article 4 – Offers
All offers are non-binding. The business reserves the right to change or withdraw offers at any time.
All offers clearly state the total price, including shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional postal or courier charges where applicable.
Article 5 – Agreement
An agreement is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the applicable conditions.
The business will confirm acceptance of the order via email without delay.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The business will refund payments within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
Article 8 – Customs and VAT
The customer is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements regarding the import of goods into their destination country, including customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges.
The business is not the official importer of goods shipped outside the United States. Customers must ensure compliance with local import regulations.
Any additional customs clearance costs, including administrative fees charged by postal or courier services, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The business provides the necessary shipping documentation but cannot guarantee that products will comply with local import regulations. Customers are advised to check local import requirements before placing an order.
Article 9 – Compliance with CESOP
As of 2024, payment service providers are required to register transaction data in the Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP) in accordance with EU regulations. The business complies with these obligations, which may affect the monitoring and reporting of payments.
Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty
The business guarantees that products conform to the agreement and applicable legal requirements.
Complaints regarding defects must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of delays, the consumer will be informed within 14 days after the order date.
Orders are shipped so that the customer is the recipient and legally responsible for import procedures.
The business ensures compliance with international shipping regulations but is not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues.
Failure to comply with customs obligations is not a valid reason for order cancellation or refund.
Article 12 – Complaint Resolution
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue.
The business will respond within 14 days. If additional time is required, an estimated resolution timeframe will be provided.
Article 13 – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If necessary, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in New York, New York, United States.
